Eugene Stoltzfus Architect (ESA) strives to design furniture that supersedes our customers’ expectations of quality and value.
We want you to be happy with the purchases you make at ESA. If you are completely unsatisfied with your purchase, please follow the procedures below.
• Refunds & Cancellations
Refunds (minus the original shipping cost) will only be issued for the unopened/unused items(s). We will refund the customer’s money, provided the returned item(s) are received back in their original packaging and in "as-new" condition, along with all accessories and warranty cards. All other returns will be issued ESA Store credit. The purchased product must not have been a clearance, close-out or non-returnable item.
Items can be returned within seven (7) days from the customer’s receipt of shipment. The refunded amount will not include original shipping costs, whether paid by the customer or paid by ESA. Return shipping is to be paid by customer. There is a 25% restocking fee on all returned or cancelled orders. Ensure you contact ESA before returning any objects: firstname.lastname@example.org
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. If the order has been shipped, it will be subject to the above policy. Orders that are cancelled before shipping are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
If you simply change your mind or find that you have ordered the wrong item and want to return your purchase for an exchange, you may return your item in its original packaging and in "as-new" condition, along with all accessories and warranty cards and you will be issued an electronic ESA Store credit (minus the original shipping cost).
• Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
No returns will be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. An RMA Number may be requested 30 days from the date your product ships from our warehouse. All items arriving at our warehouse without an RMA number clearly marked on the shipping label or on the outside of the box will be rejected.

• Additional Information
1.Check all returned items to be sure they are in new condition (including all original packaging and accessories.)
2.Include a copy of the original e-mail invoice. You may print this by logging into your account order history. On the back of the invoice, please write your name, e-mail address, & phone number.
3.For your protection, we recommend you send your return with a trackable carrier like UPS, FedEx, or US Postal Service. We are not responsible for items lost during shipping, and cannot process your return until the item is received.
4.Pack the item(s) securely and mail to the address below.

Any deviation from the return policies and procedures as described above will result in a delay of your credit, and a restocking fee or possibly a cancellation of your return request.
